Analysis
Statement 2 is CORRECT. Sen laid the foundation stone of his new church, the Brahmo Samaj of India Tabernacle of New Dispensation, on 24 January 1868, and the chapel was consecrated in August 1869. Statement 3 is CORRECT. He established the Indian Reform Association in 1870 to pursue social reform through education, temperance and the improvement of women's condition. Statement 1 is INCORRECT. The Calcutta Unitarian Committee was set up in 1823 by Raja Rammohan Roy with Dwarkanath Tagore and William Adam, well before Sen's time.

How to crack it
Use generational dating as the filter. Rammohan Roy died in 1833 and Keshab Chandra Sen belongs to the second half of the century, so any institution founded in the 1820s cannot be his. Placing each reformer in a generation, Roy first, Debendranath Tagore second, Sen third, resolves attribution questions across the whole Brahmo story without recalling founding dates individually.
