Correct answer: India → Option (b).
Analysis
India has been the world's top rice exporter since the beginning of this decade (2011-12). India's share in world exports of rice in recent years (2014-18) has fluctuated at around 25-26 per cent, while Thailand's has fluctuated between 22 and 25 per cent, and Vietnam's between 13 and 16 per cent.
China is the world's largest producer of rice but consumes most of it domestically. Myanmar exports rice but at a much lower volume than India.
